We offer all travellers in our lounge a range of carefully curated complimentary hot meals, light bites and snacks.
Our Food & Beverage team work hard to provide a variety of nourishing hot meals and food options for you, and we adapt the menu in our Aspire Liverpool Lounge when seasonal changes make this possible.

Cooked Breakfast
Start your day your way with a cooked breakfast. Build your own plate from our hot selection - choose from crispy bacon, Cumberland sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, tomatoes and mini hash browns. Prefer a handheld option? Go for a sausage or bacon bap make it just how you like it with red or brown sauce. Vegan sausages (Ve, GF) are also available on request, so everyone can enjoy a great start to the morning.
Continental Breakfast
Want something a little lighter (or as well as - your choice), then dive into our continental breakfast buffet. Our pancake station produces fresh steaming pancakes just waiting to be smothered in maple syrup or chocolate sauce.
We always have a selection of baked goods on offer: our mini pan au chocolate are stuffed with genuine Belgian chocolate, and our mini croissants are made in Brittany with buttery laminated pastry to give that ultimate breakfast croissant – great plain but even better with jam or honey.
A continental breakfast wouldn’t be complete without the staple cereals Choose from the Kellogg’s range: Special K, Corn Flakes, Bran Flakes, Granola or everyone’s favourite Crunchy Nut Cornflakes. A selection of yogurts, compotes, dried fruit and fresh fruit completes the line up.

Deli Counter
Our deli counter contains a selection of salads, from a traditional leaf salad through to bean salads, pasta salads and veg-based salads. Alongside this will be a selection of cheeses and sliced ham – just help yourself to a healthy lunch or side.
Hot Dishes
We offer a minimum of two dishes (including one vegetarian) each day.
Options will vary day to day depending on availability and seasonality.
- Beef Ragu with Pasta: Slow-cooked beef in a rich tomato and red wine sauce, served with perfectly al dente pasta.
- Chicken and Chorizo Pasta: Tender chicken and smoky chorizo tossed in a creamy tomato sauce with pasta.
- Chicken Tikka Masala with Rice (GF): Classic spiced chicken tikka in a smooth, aromatic masala sauce, served with fluffy basmati rice.
- Chili Con Carne with Rice (GF): Hearty minced beef and kidney beans simmered in a mildly spiced tomato sauce, served with rice.
- Chicken and Chorizo Paella (GF): A Spanish-inspired rice dish with succulent chicken, smoky chorizo and vibrant peppers
Vegetarian and Vegan Dishes:
- Cauliflower, Butternut Squash and Spinach Dhansak with Rice (Ve) (GF): A fragrant lentil curry with roasted vegetables and spinach, served with rice.
- Macaroni Cheese (V): Classic comfort food — pasta baked in a rich, creamy cheese sauce.
- Pea and Pesto Gnocchi (Ve): Soft potato gnocchi with garden peas and a fresh basil pesto.
- Herby Potatoes (Ve): Roasted baby potatoes tossed with herbs and a hint of sea salt.
Soup of the day
One soup will be on offer from the following selection:
- Minestrone: delicate flavours of tomatoes and vegetables complemented with pasta shells and borlotti beans.
- Leek & Potato: tender leeks and hearty potatoes delivering a delicious and satisfying taste experience in every bowl.
- Highland Vegetable: packed with a blend of high-quality vegetables, including carrots, potatoes, leeks and lentils combined with a carefully selected mix of herbs and spices
- Pepper and Tomato Soup: this soup combines the natural sweetness of ripe tomatoes with the vibrant, slightly spicy notes of red peppers for a smooth and satisfying taste
- Cream of Tomato: the classic soup features the natural sweetness of ripe tomatoes, blended with a smooth, velvety base and a carefully selected mix of herbs and spices
- Carrot and Coriander: the natural sweetness of ripe carrots with the aromatic freshness of coriander
